Süd-Chemie offers to its customers a complete service relating to the use of any of catalysts which it supplies. This service consists of, but is not limited to, supplying process information to the engineering contractor or the customer during the initial stages of design and construction of a plant; start-up services with a competent engineer when the plant is first being placed on stream; subsequent follow-up service to assist the customer in maintaining optimum operating performance of the catalysts and to assist in the solution of any problems which relate to the use of the catalysts. This service is available to the customer throughout the lifetime of the catalysts.
