To submit a warranty claim please complete the following steps:

Review the "Use & Care Guidelines" to be sure the combustor is not coated with creosote or blocked with ash build-up. If this condition exits, please follow the instruction in the "Major Cleaning Guide" or visit our website at www.scprototech.com for cleaning instructions.
