Catalytic Combustor for Wood-Burning Appliances Warranty Procedure

To claim the benefits of this warranty you must return the attached Warranty Claim Form completely filled out, proof of purchase from you wood-burning stove or a separate combustor which you paid full purchase price, together with the required payment for the replacement combustor to be furnished under the limited warranty calculated by using the "Warranty Replacement Cost Table". Send this information to the address located at the bottom of the "Warranty Claim Form".

To use the "Warranty Replacement Cost Table" for a replacement combustor under this warranty, find the length of time which has elapsed since you purchased the wood-burning stove or paid full price for the Süd-Chemie Prototech combustor. This will give you the amount of the reduced price. The warranty period for combustors that were provided under a prior warranty claim also runs from the purchase date of your wood-burning stove or full price combustor.

After receiving the required warranty information Süd-Chemie Prototech will send you a replacement catalytic combustor. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of your payment for delivery of the combustor.
