Süd-Chemie provides a complete in-house range of dosing and control equipment, pre-treatment and post-treatment plant, in conjunction with our service orientated programmes to ensure that the desired results are achieved.

The advancement of industrial plant design demands the production of more efficient processes and controls. It is therefore imperative that such plant is maintained in efficient working order and that the adjacent water treatment programmes are designed to meet the specific requirements pertinent to a particular site. As the overall efficacy of the water treatment programme becomes more critical, the need for reliable dosage and control equipment increases.

Overdosing or under-dosing of speciality products results in unnecessary costs and reduced efficacy respectively. Also, excessive blowdown and bleed-off increases water usage and effluent charges and therefore water treatment programmes need to be professionally designed, optimised and controlled.

To ensure correctness with regards water quality, Süd-Chemie have the following equipment available but not limited to:
