Computerised Laboratory Services & Support

Our laboratory analyses and diagnoses even the most difficult water and fuel deposit related problems, using state-of-the-art techniques.

The microbiological section performs a full spectrum of microbial analyses from relative population density tests to determine treatment objectives. Raw data from these tests is entered into the computer system, processed and then confirmed and validated for accuracy.

Each Süd-Chemie client becomes part of a central data bank allowing quick access to the history of their plant. A current programme performance review is then undertaken to help determine future technical recommendations.

Field Services

Süd-Chemie representatives are trained in all aspects of industrial water, fuel and process treatments. Intimate knowledge of customer’s plant design and engineering allows for informed, relevant, on-site service, which ensures smooth operation of treatment programmes.

Monitoring and Control

Service programmes are complex and require constant attention involving the use of sophisticated field testing equipment. Other procedures include providing reports, preparing objectives prior to site visits and advising results. In each case a logical, personalised plan and specific procedure pattern is followed, to ensure effective implementation of treatment programmes.

Süd-Chemie’s Aquatrac® and Drewtrax® statistical process control software packages and Watercycle® predictive control system selection capabilities, enables the field technician to provide customised solutions to meet individual treatment needs.
