Risk and Reward

Süd-Chemie has introduced innovative risk and reward initiatives using relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s) as the base for each individual scheme. Each scheme is specifically designed to cater for the customer’s individual operational parameters.

Key performance indicators are agreed upon and implemented, which are regularly monitored and evaluated by the on-site steering committee.
