We recognise the need for Total Water Management to optimise plant efficiency. To this end we provide programmes designed to maximise and monitor performance and to minimise waste and control costs.

Risk and Reward systems or performance guarantee bonds are just two examples of our flexible pricing structure. The end result for the customer is a reduction in the total cost of ownership, which assists customers to position themselves to compete within their markets.

Risk and Reward

Süd-Chemie has introduced innovative Risk and Reward initiatives using relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s) as the base for each individual scheme. Each scheme is specifically designed to cater for the customer’s individual operational parameters.

Key Performance Indicators are agreed upon and implemented, which are regularly monitored and evaluated by the on-site steering committee.
