The oxidation or reduction of impurities such as CO, O2 or H2 to constituents which are easy to remove (CO2, H2O) is done catalytically to form pure inert gases such as N2, Argon, CO2 etc.
For this purpose we offer special gas purification catalysts which remove the above-mentioned impurities down to the ppb range, also to purify air for analytical instrumentation.
